Our mission

Tax Technology is dedicated to providing cost effective solutions to streamline business tax planning and compliance.  We aim to provide wider access to tax technology normally available only to large organisations.


Company profile

Tax Technology is a privately held Australian enterprise.

The company founder, Gerald Jaworski, is a chartered accountant and registered tax agent with extensive hands-on experience developing tax technology solutions in Australia and internationally.

Gerry's background includes:

  • 8 years as the National Tax Technology Director for a Big 4 Accounting firm in Australia
  • 5 years as an income tax manager with a Big 4 firm in Sydney, and
  • 4 years experience as an auditor with a Big 4 firm in the UK and Australia.
  • His large projects include providing technical leadership of the GST remediation project for the largest supplier of enterprise systems in Australia.
  • Gerry gave presentations on behalf of the ICAA, CPA and TIA at the ATO Demystifying Consolidation workshops held around Australia
  • Gerry represented the ICAA on the NTLG Consolidations Losses Working Group
